1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the TransferFix platform, website, applications, products or services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Data Retention Policy, Seller Shield Terms and all related policies.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. ABOUT TRANSFERFIX

TransferFix LLP is a technology platform that assists buyers and sellers of vehicles in reconnecting, preserving transaction records, facilitating communication, generating documentary records and creating evidence relating to ownership transfers.

TransferFix is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Users must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Be competent to contract under Indian law;
  • Provide accurate information;
  • Use the Platform lawfully.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users may be required to:

  • Create an account;
  • Verify identity;
  • Provide vehicle‑related information;
  • Complete authentication procedures.

Users remain responsible for maintaining account security.

5. PLATFORM SERVICES

TransferFix may provide:

  • Vehicle Reports;
  • Connect & Match Services;
  • Anonymous Communication Tools;
  • Seller Shield Services;
  • Buyer Protection Services;
  • Document Automation;
  • Record Preservation Services.

TransferFix reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service.

6. USER REPRESENTATIONS

You represent that:

  • Information provided is true and accurate;
  • Documents uploaded are authentic;
  • You possess lawful authority regarding the vehicle concerned;
  • You will not misuse the Platform.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users shall not:

  • Commit fraud;
  • Impersonate others;
  • Upload forged documents;
  • Harass other users;
  • Attempt unauthorised access;
  • Circumvent platform security;
  • Violate applicable law.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Platform belong exclusively to TransferFix LLP.

Users receive a limited, revocable, non‑transferable licence to access the Platform.

9. PAYMENTS

Fees are payable in Indian Rupees.

Payments are processed through authorised third‑party payment gateways.

TransferFix reserves the right to revise pricing.

10. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

TransferFix may suspend or terminate access without notice where:

  • Fraud is suspected;
  • False information is submitted;
  • Terms are breached;
  • Legal compliance requires such action.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

TransferFix disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liability shall be governed by the Limitation of Liability Clause incorporated herein by reference.

13. INDEMNITY

Users agree to indemnify TransferFix in accordance with the Indemnity Clause incorporated herein by reference.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

15. JURISDICTION

Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts within Karnataka.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

TransferFix shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions shall continue in force.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
